LogStash 启动报错

报错信息如下：

  {:exception=>LogStash::ConfigLoadingError, :message=>"The following config files contains non-ascii characters
     but are not UTF-8 encoded [\"J:/elasticsearch/logstash-6.1.0/first-pipeline.conf\"]",

报错原因：文件的编码格式不对。（可能是启动文件，也可能是其他文件格式不对）
解决方法：把文件的编码格式修改一下就可以。小编我使用的是Notepad++
编码->转为UTF-8 然后重新使用命令启动LogStash:
