SD3 Medium 上手：照片级出图与 ComfyUI 快速体验
SD3 Medium 终于开出来了。这个版本在图像质量和资源消耗上做了不少平衡，下面聊聊它实际用起来怎么样。
主要提升点
- 照片真实感：手和脸部的细节进步明显，畸变少了很多。
- 提示遵循：能处理复杂描述，空间关系、构图、风格都会跟着走。
- 排版能力：Diffusion Transformer 架构让画面里的文字拼写正确率上来了。
- 资源友好：显存要求不高，消费级显卡就能跑。
- 微调门槛低：即使数据集不大，也能有效学习细节，适合特定风格定制。
- 硬件优化：官方和 AMD、NVIDIA 一起做了优化，新卡表现会更好。
用 ComfyUI 跑起来
直接用 ComfyUI 最省事。下载现成的整合包，解压后就能用，CPU 和 GPU 都支持——但 CPU 出图太慢，还是老老实实用显卡。
启动后会打开一个本地页面，点右侧 'Load' 把下载好的工作流 json 导进来，其他设置保持默认就行。
接着在提示词框里填内容，比如官方给的这段：

注意几点
- 最好有 8GB 显存以上的 NVIDIA 卡，体验会顺畅很多。
- 安装路径别带中文，避免一些奇怪的兼容问题。
